This piece of walnut wood has beautiful, unique variation of color and is accented by epoxy that was used to fill the natural voids in the wood. Epoxy is hard and durable, but will scratch like wood when used as a cutting board 
The ends are tapered to act as handles for easy pick up. 
Finished with cutting board oil and wax. Retreating periodically with cutting board oil /wax is recommended to keep it from drying out. 
Cleans with a gentle hand wash.
